A healthy breakfast or dessert. Plus it’s perfect for this time of year when fruit is ripening so quickly in the heat – scoop out the flesh of your dragonfruit/mango or peel your banana, place in a freezer safe bag or container and you can use the fruit whenever you need it.

Dragonfruit smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen diced dragonfruit
  • 1 cup frozen diced mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (optional)

Method

Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spoon into a bowl and top with fresh seasonal fruit and granola (we used Mumma Raw’s Fig and Pecan Granola, available at our sister market, Mullumbimby Farmers Market).
