Each Friday, Greg and Angie at Scratch Patisserie bring a little bit of Paris to the Mullumbimby Farmers’ Market.
Their flaky, buttery croissants, Pain au chocolate, Pain au raisin, Danishes, profiteroles and baguettes are all lovingly hand-made from scratch, using locally sourced and organic produce wherever possible.
