Each Friday, Greg and Angie at Scratch Patisserie bring a little bit of Paris to the Mullumbimby Farmers’ Market.

Their flaky, buttery croissants, Pain au chocolate, Pain au raisin, Danishes, profiteroles and baguettes are all lovingly hand-made from scratch, using locally sourced and organic produce wherever possible.

Produce: Breakfast pastries (croissant, almond croissant,danish, pain au raisin, pain au chocolat, savoury croissant), profiteroles. Baguettes, bread, gluten-free bread. Beef sausage rolls, pork and fennel sausage rolls, cheese and spinach rolls
